Hi, I'm Bailey Greeley, the heart behind Hagar's Hope Birth Collective. I'm a birth and postpartum doula and a lactation consultant in training, dedicated to supporting families through every stage of the childbearing journey, from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum healing and infant feeding.

Why I do this work
My calling into birth work began with a deep awareness of the lack of representation and support for Black and Indigenous women in maternal health. The reality of higher mortality rates within these communities ignited my passion to create a safer, more empowering experience for every birthing person, one rooted in advocacy, education, and love.
I believe that birth is both powerful and sacred, and every family deserves to be cared for with compassion, dignity, and respect. My approach is grounded in evidence-based care and cultural awareness, ensuring you feel informed, supported, and emotionally held at every step.
